Birthday Party Planning

My cousin, who is a very country male and a fairly new father, has a daughter who is turning 2. He called me the other night and asked for my help in planning a birthday party for her. He admitted that he has NO idea what he is doing and is open to any suggestions. I am going to post a few pictures that I googled for ideas and I would love some reviews on them. Any ideas that you have or think of please post so that I can try and incorporate.

    Of course you have to do the tissue pom pom's....cheap yet look beautiful! The birthday shirt is a must! And I'm all for the banner. Is the dad looking for a color theme or an actual interest theme (princess, barney, etc)?

    He doesn't care. We thought about Dora, but like the pink and green. I am not sure what to do for Dora. Ideas?
