Birthday Party Planning

My cousin, who is a very country male and a fairly new father, has a daughter who is turning 2. He called me the other night and asked for my help in planning a birthday party for her. He admitted that he has NO idea what he is doing and is open to any suggestions. I am going to post a few pictures that I googled for ideas and I would love some reviews on them. Any ideas that you have or think of please post so that I can try and incorporate.
